Revit MEP is a professional Autodesk software used for BIM-based modeling, analysis, and coordination of mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems.
Unlike traditional 2D drafting methods, Revit MEP enables all mechanical and electrical systems to be created within a three-dimensional BIM model. In this way, potential clashes during the project phase are detected in advance, interdisciplinary coordination is strengthened, and execution errors are minimized.
Today, Revit MEP is widely utilized in hospitals, airports, hotels, shopping malls, industrial facilities, and large-scale commercial projects. It plays a critical role, particularly in terms of coordinating mechanical and electrical disciplines within BIM-based project workflows.
In this training, participants learn hands-on how to navigate the Revit MEP interface, model mechanical and electrical systems, create duct and pipe networks, place equipment, generate quantity takeoff schedules, and implement BIM coordination processes.
Within the scope of the program, HVAC systems, plumbing solutions, electrical infrastructure, equipment placement, system analyses, and coordination processes are addressed in detail.
By the end of the training, participants reach a level where they can create professional-grade Revit MEP projects, engage in interdisciplinary BIM coordination, and take an active role in MEP design workflows.
- Learn BIM-based mechanical and electrical project production.
- Model duct and pipe systems professionally.
- Design HVAC systems within a BIM environment.
- Organize electrical and plumbing systems.
- Generate quantity takeoffs and equipment lists.
- Participate in clash detection and BIM coordination processes.
- Prepare technical sheets and construction documents.
- Master the professional workflows used in MEP design offices.
- Gain real-world project experience.
