Virtual Site Management Training is a technology-supported training program that offers the opportunity to examine the construction process of a building step-by-step in a virtual job site environment, from the excavation phase to turnkey delivery. Throughout the training, participants do not merely observe a completed building; they experience how and in what order the structure is built. All fundamental construction phases—from excavation and ground preparation to foundation applications, reinforcement and formwork operations, concrete pouring, load-bearing system, wall, installation, insulation, and facade applications—are addressed with a holistic approach.
The goal of the training is not solely to introduce structural elements. It aims to help participants understand why a specific construction task is performed in a particular sequence, which details require attention during application, how different structural systems relate to one another, how missing or faulty applications can affect subsequent phases, and how the construction process should be evaluated from a site management perspective.
Thanks to the training model, which goes beyond photos, videos, and presentations, participants can closely inspect structural elements in a virtual environment and track the progress of applications alongside their interconnections in a much clearer manner. Thus, theoretical knowledge is backed by an experience grounded in the actual construction process.
The training is suitable for architects, civil engineers, technicians, site engineers, site managers, technical office employees, recent graduates, and participants aiming for a career in the construction sector.
The program consists of a total of 24 hours. Participants who complete the training are awarded an AEC Academy Certificate of Participation. Possessing one's own VR headset is not required to participate in the training.
