Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Policy regulates the cancellation, postponement, modification, and refund processes regarding the training, webinar, consulting, and digital content services offered by AEC Akademi.
6.1. General Principle
AEC Akademi training and consulting services are carried out depending on instructor planning, quota reservation, technical infrastructure, preparation of educational materials, and operational processes. Therefore, cancellation and refund requests are evaluated according to the rules below.

6.3. Cancellation or Postponement by AEC Akademi
AEC Akademi may cancel, postpone, or change the platform of the training due to insufficient participation, instructor excuse, technical necessity, force majeure, or operational reasons. In the event of cancellation, the fee paid by the participant is refunded or, upon the participant's request, transferred to another training. In the event of postponement, the participant is notified of the new date.
6.4. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, pandemics, decisions of official authorities, internet infrastructure interruptions, platform-sourced failures, instructor health problems, and events developing beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure. In cases of force majeure, the parties act in good faith to find a reasonable solution.
6.5. Digital Content and Training Recordings
If the participant has been provided with access to training recordings, digital content, videos, documents, or similar materials, and the opportunity to benefit from the content has been enabled, no fee refund is provided, reserved for the exceptions in the relevant legislation.
6.6. Refund Method
In cases where a refund is required, the payment is refunded through the same method the payment was made, to the extent possible. Delays arising from bank or payment institution processes are not under the responsibility of AEC Akademi.
