The service fee is the amount specified to the Buyer during the purchase or registration stage. Payment can be made via bank transfer/EFT, credit card, İyzico, or other payment infrastructures utilized by the Seller. The security of credit card information is ensured by the payment institution; the Seller does not store card numbers and CVV details. The invoice is issued based on the information provided by the Buyer and can be delivered electronically or physically.
4.5. Performance of the Service
The Seller delivers the training or consulting service within the scope of the announced date, time, duration, platform, and program. Online live trainings can be conducted via Google Meet or another platform to be specified by the Seller. The participant is responsible for following the connection link and technical requirements. The Seller is not responsible for issues arising from the participant's internet connection, device, microphone, camera, or personal technical infrastructure.
4.6. Training Recordings
Online live training sessions and webinars may be recorded. Recordings can be used for the execution of the training service, re-watching, quality control, and the improvement of educational content. Sharing the participant's video and audio recordings for promotional, advertising, YouTube, social media purposes, or with third parties is only possible with a separate explicit consent to be obtained.
4.7. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within the conditions stipulated in the legislation regarding distance contracts. However, if the service is a training, webinar, or consulting service to be performed on a specific date, if the execution of the service has started, if access to digital content or training recordings has been enabled, if a special quota has been reserved, or if the performance of the service has begun with the Buyer's explicit consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the exercise of the right of withdrawal may be limited or eliminated within the scope of the exceptions in the relevant legislation.
4.8. Cancellation and Refund
The participant may request a cancellation by providing written notice at least 14 days prior to the training start date; training packages are treated as a single training unit. No refund shall be issued if the cancellation request is made less than 14 days before the training begins, as arrangements regarding instructor scheduling, capacity reservation, technical preparations, content, and operational processes will have already been finalized. In the event that the Seller cancels the training, the Buyer shall be refunded or, upon the Buyer’s request, transferred to another training session. Cases of force majeure shall be evaluated separately.
4.9. Obligations of the Participant
- To provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Not to share the training link, materials, and passwords with third parties.
- Not to record, reproduce, publish, or use the training content for commercial purposes without authorization.
- To respect the rights, personal data, and privacy of other participants during the training.
- To fulfill the payment obligation on time.
4.10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual and industrial property rights on the training content, presentations, videos, recordings, documents, working files, brand, logo, and other materials belong to AEC Akademi or the respective right holder. The participant may use this content solely for personal educational purposes; they cannot copy, reproduce, share, publish, sell, or transfer it to third parties.
4.11. Limitation of Liability
Training and consulting contents are intended for professional development and informational purposes. Any commercial, technical, or legal consequences that may arise from the participant's use of this information in their own projects, businesses, or applications are under the participant's responsibility. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or interruptions caused by third-party technical infrastructures, reserved for mandatory liability cases arising from legislation.
4.12. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, decisions of official authorities, internet infrastructure interruptions, platform failures, instructor illness, or similar situations developing beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure. In these cases, the Seller may postpone the training, change the platform, or offer an appropriate solution.
4.13. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are authorized within the designated monetary limits. Provisions regarding the jurisdiction and authority of general courts in commercial transactions are reserved.
4.14. Enforcement
