Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to ensure that the Buyer/Participant can view the fundamental information regarding the service clearly and understandably before accepting the distance sales contract.

5.2. Core Features of the Service

The purchased service may be an online live training, webinar, face-to-face training, consulting service, training recording, or digital training material offered by AEC Akademi. The name, date, duration, content, platform, instructor, and fee of the service are specified on the sales/registration page or in the proposal delivered to the Buyer.

5.3. Total Price and Payment

The total price of the service including taxes, payment method, installment details if any installment options are available, and any additional costs are shown to the Buyer during the order/registration stage. Payment can be processed via bank transfer/EFT, credit card, İyzico, or other payment infrastructures.

5.4. Delivery and Performance Information

Online live trainings are conducted via Google Meet or another platform to be announced. The participation link is shared prior to the training via the e-mail, WhatsApp, or appropriate communication channels provided by the Buyer. For face-to-face trainings, location details are specified on the registration page or in the notification message.

5.5. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refund

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation. However, if the service is a training or consulting service to be performed on a specific date, if the service is initiated with the Buyer's consent, or if access to digital content or recordings is enabled, the right of withdrawal may be limited within the scope of regulatory exceptions. No fee refund is provided for cancellation requests made less than 14 days before the start of the training. If the Seller cancels the training, a full refund is made or a transfer to another training is provided.

5.6. Training Recordings and Personal Data

Online training sessions and webinars may be recorded. A separate explicit consent is obtained to share the participant's video and audio recordings for promotion, advertising, social media, YouTube, or with third parties. Personal data is processed within the scope of the KVKK Clarification Text.

5.7. Complaint and Application Channels

Buyers can submit their requests and complaints to info@aecakademi.com.tr or via the phone line at +90 542 577 76 88. In disputes arising from consumer transactions, applications can be submitted to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts within the legally designated monetary limits.

5.8. Approval

By completing the order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read this Preliminary Information Form and have been fully informed about the features of the service, price, payment method, performance conditions, withdrawal/cancellation/refund terms, and personal data processes.
